What is your check in policy?
Our check in times are from 2 pm to 6 pm ONLY
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a
7 day cancellation policy. All Rooms cancelled under 7 days will result in a
100% of all room night/nights charged to the credit card supplied at time of
cancelled for any reason under 30 days but not less than 7 days before
arrival will result in a $25.00 administration charge on a per room per
night basis and charged to the credit card supplied at time of Booking.
We suggest you
purchase travel insurance.
We do Not accept verbal/phone message cancellations. All
cancellations are to be done by email only.
Can we smoke in the B&B?
We are 100% non smoking of any thing including VAP/Smokeless
We do offer a outside area to smokers.
Can we wear our hiking boots or outside foot wear inside the B&B?
We ask that ALL outside shoes are to be removed at our front
Can we pay by credit card?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, debit but we don't accept American
Can we use the telephone to make long distance calls?
We allow use of the telephone to make local and 1-800 calls at no
charge. We do sell calling cards at cost for guests to make long
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9 am and due to our location
we cannot cater to special diets.
Can we bring outside bedding into the B & B?
No outside bedding of any kind is permitted to be brought into our B&B
this includes pillows, blankets, etc.
Can we use the hot tub late at night?
The Hot tub is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily except on
maintenance days NO outside clothing of any kind is permitted to be in the
Hot tub. Please remember your bathing suit.
Can we make full meals in your kitchen or do take out?
We do NOT allow cooking of any kind in the B&B kitchen or our
rooms. All rooms have fridges to keep Beer/Wine/perishables/prescriptions in
during your stay.
